8. Prepare and submit all reports and near miss incidents in a timely and efficient manner

9. Prepare shift rosters for passengers and cargo staff

10. In conjunction with the HR Department organize staff training and development training programs

11. Ensure that as and when required that on the job staff training is carried out and completed in accordance with all operational policies and procedures

12. Handle customer complaints in timely and efficient manner

13. Attend management meetings as required.
