The successful person will lead a dynamic team of VNPF Compliance Inspectors and reporting directly to the Director.

Member services Divison .

Duties and Reponsibilities:

1) He/she wil be responsible for the operations of Compliance services dealing non - compliant employers and employee complaints and undertaking recorvery of outstanding contributions send surcharges for the Fund.

1) The succesfull candidate will be expected to work in collaboration with the legal team of the Fund to ensure timely and successful prosecution of non - compliant employers in Vanuatu.

- Effective management and coodination of compliance department; Demonstrate throught understanding of VNPF Act Cap 189; Lead in non-compliance investigation and introduce new investigation techniques replace

current practices

- Development and implementation of comprehensive inspection program; Have in place effective monitoring and compliance procedures with best performance practice in accordance to the VNPF Act; Work in

collaboration with legal team and have prosecution targets to reduce non-compliance

- Demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of VNPF member system; Up to date reporting of compliance issues for management decisions; Strategic thinker

- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with good verbal and written communications skills; Demonstrate good understanding with complex investigation skills; Positive attitude and a team player; Passion for sound

planning and organizational skills; Excellent people skills and network skills
