1) To provide professional support to the country program quality staff team in executing the design, monitoring and evaluation functions to improve their professional capacity

2) Responsible for program quality assurance

3) Responsible for internal controls in developing guide-lines and setting standards

4) To build the capacity program quality in the country & program areas

5) To develop & write proposals to potentials donors and lead a team in the completion of project submissions

6) To ensure quality of program & appropriate reporting back to donors

7) To assist the resource mobilization planning manager and quality coordinators to plan, organize, participate in technical assessments for projects and program design.
