He/she will work with VBTC General Manager, relevant staff from the commercial Department and the Vois Blong Yumi project Team Leader to provide assistance in the following areas:

• Developing sales generating strategies for VBTC

• Developing sales promotional concepts for VBTC

• Training in sales and marketing techniques

• Overall customer services improvements
