Management Team for small resort Small waterfront resort (12 rooms) is looking for a couple to act as relief management. The couple will act as management and their responsibilities will include: Supervising bar, restaurant, ground keeping and housekeeping staff Stocktaking and purchasing supplies. General maintenance, Answering booking enquiries,

Administrative tasks including preparing bills, recording expenses and income and wages. Looking after guests. No previous resort management experience is necessary as you will be trained in all aspects of running a small resort.
