| The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include: Support timely and accurate program reporting and document storage, support transparent reporting of procurement of assets funded by donors through to SPC and other donors, enhancing quality in program verification and work plan achievement, duties within the NVBDCP to ensure that all grant |
| management systems and practises are consistant with SPC and NVBDCP guidelines and policies and any other duties as required from time to time by the immediate supervisor |
| Criteria: |
| Formal qualifications (tertiary degree) in accounting, business or commerce, and/or three to five years work expereince in a similar job |
| Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook |
| High command of written and spoken English |
| Previous relevant work experience in project management and secretarial administration |
| Budget and fiscal management experience and experience in supply chain management concepts (whether health products or other commodities) |
| Salary: |
| Vanuatu's public service salary scale CS2.6 (commesurate with experience) as well as other proscribed allowances |
