Job Description:
The Vanuatu Red Cross Society, working jointly with the support of the French Red Cross, is seeking applications from dynamic and highly motivated persons to immediately fill up the following position

        Criteria: 
        Minimum 3 year experience of project management if possible in the field of CBDRR.
        3 to 5 year of experience will be preferred.


        Demonstrated experience and competencies in at least two (2) of the following sectors:

        • Program coordination, particularly in humanitarian field
        • Disaster risk reduction activities
        • Community based program
        • Capacity building/training and awareness
        • Monitoring and evaluation of project activities
        • Knowledge of North Tanna communities appreciated 
        University graduate in one of these sectors or field related will be an asset.
        Ability and flexibility to travel regularly in the communities will be expected. The DRR Officer will be based in Lenakel, Tanna. It is possible it will be required to spend several days within communities, but most of the time a return by 3.30pm to Lenakel will be expected within the day.

        An established company is recruiting to fill the new role of Lease Process Planner. 
        The role involves researching, documenting and implementing the Land Department processes and associated costs. Completing applications, writing documents and following up with Lands Department to completion.
        The Lease Process Planner will be responsible for but not limited to the following documents on behalf of our clients:

              This role is a new position that will expand in responsibility as the successful candidate grows into the role. Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5pm with the understanding there will be times to work outside of these hours in order to get the job done.
