        • Acquired Town Planning qualification from a recognized institution or university
        • Maximum experience of 5 years at a recognized company or at a local or national government level

        • Able to carry out preliminary assessment study (PEA) on projects to determine whether an EIA report is required

        • Able to control or prevent unauthorized development and informal settlements

                                      The Pacific Aviation Safety Office (PASO) is currently implementing the Pacific Aviation Safety Office Reform Project (PASO Reform Project), supported by the World Bank. The project’s implementing Entity is PASO, with project implementation support from the Technical and Fiduciary Services Unit (TFSU) of the Pacific Aviation Investment Program (PAIP).PASO now intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for the Contract – Consulting Services –Quality System Design Consultancy.
                                      The PAIP Program is a regional aviation project with the development objective to provide safe and secure air transport operations and environmentally sustainable and efficient airports and is being implemented in five (5) Pacific Island countries: Tonga, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Samoa and Vanuatu.
                                      PASO now seeks a Quality System Design Consultancy to assist in establishing and implementing a Quality Assurance (QA) system as stipulated in section 5.2 of the overall PASO Business Plan and which remains a priority for the organisation.

                                            • Knowledgeable in intellectual Property laws of Vanuatu and international IP Conventions
