Applications are invited for a full-time position within the Outreach Program of the Vanuatu Cricket Association (VCA). This Program is funded by the European Union (EU).

Ideally the successful candidate will be based in Tanna. The VCA is looking for a self-motivated individual who can fulfil the below key responsibilities and attributes:

1) Administration of the Outreach Program in Isangel/Lenakel, Tanna

2) Regularly contact schools and teachers to assist them in running the Outreach Program

3) Assist with establishing a Provincial Cricket Association in Tanna

4) Assist with producing additional coaching resources for teachers

5) Work with the VCA to improve the Outreach Program

6) Assist with data and statistics input into a database

7) Submit regular updates to the VCA Office

8) Identify junior talent and submit to the VCA

9) Carry out promotion activities with/for VCA sponsors

10) Provide the EU with ongoing visibility as per the contract between the VCA and EU

11) Promote the VCA in a positive manner at all opportunities

12) Other duties as required by the VCA General Manager and Board
