We are now seeking an exceptional Resort Manager to lead our team and deliver an unforgettable guest experience from day one.

About the Role
As Resort Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, enriching stay. You will lead a team across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and wellness services, while managing budgets, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for island living, hospitality excellence, and attention to detail. The successful applicant will be adaptable, strategic, and have a genuine care for people and place.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the resort’s operations to the highest standards of guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service.
Manage and mentor department heads across all service areas.
Deliver on strategic goals including occupancy, revenue, cost control, and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with local laws, employment policies, and health & safety standards.
Build strong relationships with local suppliers, the community, and staff.
Act as the face of the resort and the key point of contact for VIP guests and stakeholders.
Selection Criteria:
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role within a boutique or luxury resort/hotel environment.
Proven leadership ability with a talent for team development and guest relations.
Strong knowledge of resort operations, budgeting, and hospitality software (PMS, POS, inventory).
An eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service in every guest interaction.
Experience living or working in remote or island environments preferred.
A calm, proactive and adaptable attitude with a commitment to wellness, sustainability, and local engagement.
Salary:
200,000 - 260,000 vatu/month
