We are looking for a hands-on leader who lives hospitality excellence and has great attention to detail.
The successful applicant will oversee and supervise day-to-day operations. You will lead a team across front office, housekeeping, F & B, maintenance and are responsible for guest satisfaction and team performance.
The manager will lead the resort’s operations to the highest standards of guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service.
Selection Criteria:
- Excellent English communication skills (French would be of advantage).
- Proven record of management positions in the hotel-/ hospitality industry.
- Friendly and outgoing personality that easily connects with guests of different nationalities
