Job Desctiption:
Bar Supervisor – (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring the bar is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Opening and closing the bar, setting up and preparing the bar for service.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Managing cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Supervising, training, and evaluating bar staff.

Restaurant supervisor – (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities
- To be alert in customers needs and requirements
- To be responsible for supervising and conduct regular training of your staff to maintain a consistent high quality of service in all food and beverage outlets
- To check all equipment and materials for defects, cleanliness and issue maintenance requests, specify urgency and forward to Food and Beverage manager
- To ensure proper set up of place settings on dinning outlet tables
- To ensure proper professional serving and cleaning of tables
- To ensure efficient flow of outstanding orders from production areas
- To meet and great guests in a professional manner at all times and to check reservations
- To ensure prompt and efficient service is provided at all times
- To be familiar with facilities of services and hours of operation
- To be knowledgeable of Specials, Daily buffets and standard menu items and their ingredients
- To be knowledgeable of wine and cocktail menu and their contents
- To ensure bill for guests in a timely and accurate manner and ensure the guest sign on the bill with his/her room number
- To make sure dockets, orders pads, printing rolls, are available in the outlets
- Responsible for the cleanliness and organizing of your outlets at all times
- Responsible for time management and performance of your staff
- Responsible for daily briefing with staff to discuss specials, instructions and other important issues
- Responsible for requisitioning and restocking of all food and beverage products in your outlets
- Responsible for filling out the daily checklist and logbook
- Responsible to ensure that employees do not leave their workplace without your prior approval
- Refer any guest complaints that you are unable to resolve to the food and beverage manager
- To assist with the monthly physical inventory of all food and beverage par stocks with the representative of the accounts Department or the Food and Beverage Cost controller
- To be responsible for the awareness of all functions and required food and beverage arrangements regarding function resumes and ensure all re3lated charges are properly billed, accounted for and signed

Banquet Supervisor – (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure that all functions, conferences ,weddings and events are organized and presented so as to exceed customer expectations
- To communicate with all departments of the events taking place
- To create a good relationship with both current and prospective clientele
- Accurately complete event orders and communicate particulars of which with clients and the Food and Beverage Manager
- Conduct relevant on job training and co-ordination of all staff assisting with functions Department
- Arrange and meet all need for food and beverage requirements for all events
- Arrange and meet all resource requirements for all events. This includes flowers, lecterns, decorations, staffing, electrical equipment, presenters and the like.
- Actively promote the hotel in order to increase business in the functions area
- Preform stock-takes in conjunction with the Food and beverage Manager as and when required
- Ensure all equipment belonging to the hotel is properly maintained and used correctly
- Plan and develop systems which continually improve the level of satisfaction from clients in this area
- Assist in other areas of food & Beverage department when required
Food and Beverage Attendant- (2 positions)
Key Responsibilities
-To set up all necessary mise en place relating to your shift
-To check all equipment and materials for defects and cleanliness
-To properly set up of place settings on dinning outlet tables
-To ensure proper professional serving and clearing of tables
-To ensure efficient flow of outstanding orders from production areas
-TO meet and great guests in a professional manner at all times and to check reservations
-To ensure prompt and efficient service is provided at all times
-To be familiar with facilities of services and house of operation
-To be knowledgeable on the hotel layout and facilities of Food and Beverage available to the guests
-To be knowledgeable of Specials, Daily buffets and standard menu items and their ingredients
-To be knowledgeable of wine and cocktail menu an their contents
-To preform the duties of a bartender when required
-To preform the duties of food and beverage cashier when required
-To prepare bill for guests in timely and accurate manner and ensure the guest signs on the bill with his/her room number
-To make sure dockets, captain order pads and beverage order pads are available in the outlets
-To attend all required training and scheduled meetings
-To ensure a safe workplace and report any incidents for improvement
-Not to leave your work areas without the prior approval of your supervisor
-Not to loiter in areas where you are not rostered
-Deal with guest complaints and if necessary, refer the guest complaints to your supervisor
-To be well groomed and well manner at all times

Is familiar with the POS software system
Is able to stand long hours and also able to upsell to Guest
Certifications in responsible alcohol service and food handling are preferred.
