- Ensure all equipment belonging to the hotel is properly maintained and used correctly
- Plan and develop systems which continually improve the level of satisfaction from clients in this area

Food and Beverage Attendant- (2 positions)
Key Responsibilities

-To preform the duties of a bartender when required
-To preform the duties of food and beverage cashier when required
-To prepare bill for guests in timely and accurate manner and ensure the guest signs on the bill with his/her room number
-To make sure dockets, captain order pads and beverage order pads are available in the outlets
-To attend all required training and scheduled meetings
-To ensure a safe workplace and report any incidents for improvement
-Not to leave your work areas without the prior approval of your supervisor
-Not to loiter in areas where you are not rostered
-Deal with guest complaints and if necessary, refer the guest complaints to your supervisor
-To be well groomed and well manner at all times

This critical role will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining robust project controls systems and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Controls Manager will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders, providing crucial insights and analysis to support informed decision-making and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and Maintain Project Controls Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project controls procedures, guidelines, and tools for cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, change management, and risk management.
• Cost Management:
o Develop and manage project budgets, including baseline budgets and budget revisions.
o Monitor project expenditures, track commitments, and analyze cost variances.
o Prepare accurate and timely cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
o Implement and oversee cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget.
o Conduct cost risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
