Watersports Port Vila is seeking an experienced and passionate Sunset Cruise Manager to lead our renowned Haabar Cruise, offering an unforgettable sunset experience in Port Vila Harbour. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the cruise operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional journey filled with stunning views, delightful ambiance, and unparalleled service. If you have a love for the water, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Haabar Sunset Cruise, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Manage the scheduling and coordination of staff, while recruiting and training new team members.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the sunset cruise effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain the vessel in top condition.
Address customer inquiries and feedback to continually improve service quality.
Collaborate with local partners for special events and marketing promotions.
Selection Criteria:
Requirements
Proven experience in managing tourism, hospitality, or related services, particularly in cruise operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on customer service.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of marine safety standards and regulations.
Proficiency in marketing and social media strategies to promote the cruise.
Effective communication skills and a personable approach to guest relations.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by the cruise schedule.
