Hello Everyone!
We are hiring one MAINTENANCE STAFF.
Candidates must SPEAK FRENCH:
Responsibilities include conducting general maintenance on property structures and facility equipment, performing inspections to detect any issues that require immediate attention, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order, responding to emergency repairs, and ensuring the right amount of inventory on hand of all maintenance supplies at all times.

Selection Criteria:
Previous working experience as a Maintenance staff for at least 2 years.
Candidate must SPEAK FRENCH.
In depth knowledge of woodwork (fix table, door, chair...), brickwork( fix crack with ciment on the wall and floor), plumbing, painting, and electrical systems ( installation of light, toggle switch and power outlet)
Hands on experience with hand and electrical tools
Physically fit to do maintenance work
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
