Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waste Oil Recycling & Distillation Engineer to oversee the technical operations of our waste oil recycling and distillation plant. The engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing the distillation process, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and improving efficiency and sustainability in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical & Process Management:
• Oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of waste oil recycling and distillation systems.
• Monitor and optimize the distillation process to ensure maximum efficiency and output quality.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance waste oil recovery and minimize waste byproducts.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of waste oil and refined products according to safety standards.
Quality Control & Compliance:
• Conduct regular quality checks on processed oil to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure the plant meets all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with environmental consultants to prepare reports and documentation for compliance with government regulations.

Maintenance & Safety:
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all employees follow health and safety procedures.

Project Management & Reporting:
• Assist in planning and execution of expansion projects and new technology implementation. • Provide technical reports on plant performance, production output, and efficiency improvements.
• Work with management to develop strategies for increasing production capacity and reducing costs.

Selection Criteria:

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in waste oil recycling, petroleum refining, or chemical processing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of distillation, filtration, and refining processes.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements in waste management.
• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
