Job Desctiption:
Our company is looking for a suitable candidate to oversee the role of a General Manager. The role and responsibility of the ideal General Manager will include and is not limited to:
1. Coordination and Management of all divisions (i.e., room divisions, food and beverage, maintenance, administration and reservation).
2. Pursue new metrics that drive business performance and operation.
3. Marketing, co-creation, and innovation of the products to increase occupancy rate.
4. Execute financial reporting and recommendations to ensure costs are controlled and to reach the profit target and so forth.
Selection Criteria:
Interested applicants should ensure to meet the following requirements:
- Experience: At least five (5) years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in the field of tourism, hospitality, and management or a related field to business management.
-Preferred skills:
1. Excellent communication skills in English or French and Bislama.
2. Cooperate in a team and maintain good working relationships.
3. Ability to manage complex work responsibilities including strategic thinking, initiatives and problem solving.
4. Reporting writing skills for monitoring and evaluation of finance, operation and overall staff performance.
5. Leadership, management, and supervision skills.
Salary:
Salary will be based on qualification and experience.
