Organisation Description:
Executive Chef required for busy Sports Bar specialising in burgers, pizzas, parmas, & slow cooked meals. Applicants with a minimum recent experience of 5+ years as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef willing to step up to the challenge are invited to apply.
Skills & Abilities-
High level of Culinary expertise, knowledge of ingredients, preparation & correct storage essential. Position requires stocktaking, ordering & controlling food costs & labor expenses. Management of Food quality & presentation is essential.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills highly desired. Strong leadership skills essential to direct, motivate & train kitchen staff.
