Job Desctiption:
We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team.
Must be consistent in producing high standard of food
Cooking provided for Functions and Events (maximum of 200 pax)
Maintain Food Hygiene and Food Quality Standards
Train and Manage Kitchen Staff
Kitchen Management including stocks, food control plan, staff roster, and overall kitchen cleanliness
Creation of Menu for the Restaurants
Selection Criteria:
Proven experience as a head / executive chef of not less than 5 years
Fluent in English
Familiar with Food Hygiene Standards and Kitchen Management
Must be a Team Player
Must be able to lead The Kitchen Team of The Melanesian, Port Vila
