Job Desctiption:

The Vanuatu Agriculture College is hiring a Livestock Trainer to deliver training in livestock management according to VAC policies and VQA standards. The role involves using effective teaching strategies, adapting to student needs, and providing regular feedback and assessments. The trainer will engage students with industry knowledge and maintain accurate records.

 

Selection Criteria:

Essential Qualification and Requirements
Candidate applying for this position must have a Bachelor's degree in Livestock or Animal Science including a Certificate IV in Vocational Education and Training.  
3 Years' experience as a livestock trainer.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Analytical and practical thinker.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Honest, reliable, committed and punctual.
Excellent written and oral English or French and Bislama.

 

Salary:

VT 1,513,100 per annum

Position Summary:
Kramer Asia Pacific is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing residential and multi-storey buildings, drafting using Revit and AutoCAD, supervising construction projects, and managing contracts. This role requires a multidisciplinary approach, with strong technical coordination and contract administration skills

 

Selection Criteria:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Design & Drafting:
• Design and develop architectural concepts for residential and multi-storey buildings.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
2. Construction Supervision & Technical Coordination:
• Supervise construction projects to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify, coordinate, and resolve technical issues across multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare and submit construction progress reports.
3. Contract Administration:
• Review project contracts to ensure compliance with scope and industry regulations.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and financial performance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, and construction supervision.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, contracts, and construction processes.
• Experience in contract administration, including financial and scope monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Salary:

1. Coordination and Management of all divisions (i.e., room divisions, food and beverage, maintenance, administration and reservation).
