Job Desctiption:
Responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep, repair, and functionality of a building's essential systems and fixtures. This includes plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems, as well as general repairs to doors, windows, and other structural elements. The role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and responding to repair requests efficiently.
Selection Criteria:
Previous experience in building maintenance, repair work, or a related field.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and systems.
Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
