Job Desctiption:
You will supervise a small team of staff to ensure all products in out timber & building materials department are on display, the department meets merchandising standards and the area is kept clean & tidy. You will be responsible for ensuring suitable stock levels are maintained & that your team delivers excellent customer service and professional advice.
Selection Criteria:
*Knowledge of building processes & materials.
*Experience managing a team of staff.
*Retail experience.
*Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with customers & staff.
*Ability to model good customer service behaviours.
