Position Overview:
The Executive Chef at Cocoa Beach Resort, Vanuatu, will lead all culinary operations, delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect the resort's luxury beachfront ambiance. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for local and international cuisine, sustainable practices, and innovative menu creation. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, maintain high standards of quality and safety
Key Responsibilities:
1. Culinary Leadership:
• Develop and execute innovative menus showcasing local ingredients and international culinary trends.
• Lead the kitchen team with a hands-on approach, fostering creativity and high performance.
2. Operational Excellence:
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service quality.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role at a luxury resort or fine-dining establishment.
• Expertise in international cuisine, with a strong focus on incorporating local ingredients and flavors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of budget management, food cost control, and kitchen operations.
• Certification in culinary arts or equivalent professional training.
