Job Desctiption:
We are looking for an experienced chef with knowledge on Japanese cuisine.
Must be more than 3 years experience and must be able to communicate in writing and talking English.
Also able to plan menus and order supplies, oversee the daily food preparation at restaurants and other places where food is served and they direct kitchen staff and handle any food-related concerns.
Selection Criteria:
- more than 3 years experience in the Kitchen industry
- knowledge of food production methods.
- to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- leadership skills.
- ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
- ability to work well with others.
- ability to use your initiative.
