Job Desctiption:
We are looking for an experienced chef with knowledge of Japanese cuisine. Also who can manage a restaurant.
Also must be able to plan menu and order supplies, overseas the daily food preparation at the restaurants and other places where food is served and they direct kitchen staff and handle any food-related concerns.
For the manager role, they must be able to manage inventory, create schedule, handle customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervise team of staff, control operation costs, hire and train staff
Selection Criteria:
Must be more than 5 years experience and must be able to communicate in writing and talking English.
