Job Desctiption:
Iririki Island Resort & Spa are seeking for a suitable candidates to appoint for the role of Events Sales Manager.
Duties of Events Sales Manager will include but not necessarily be limited to the following: The skilled Events Sales Manager will be reporting directly to the Head On Resort Sales • The Events Sales Manager is responsible for building sales by creating and managing parties and special events while managing the daily operations of all sales and marketing aspects of the Conferences and wedding events at the Resort.
• Be able to focuses on planning and organizing events.
• Focus on promoting and advertising events to attract attendees, and executing the logistics of the event.
• Be able to introduce event marketing to generate leads.
• To be able to engage customers in a highly personal manner.
• And also to promote themselves to a highly relevant audience to ensure meeting up with other organisation upselling events that the Company provided.
• To be able to market and be able to build a high level of brand awareness and can help facilitate sales. • Be able to process of creating and maintaining an event.
• Be able to post-event strategizing, make planning, decisions, such as the time, location, and theme of the particular event to achieve its goal and objectives, marketing budget, strategy marketing tactic Selection Criteria
Selection Criteria:
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
• • Must have over 3 years of experiences in Events Sales Marketing
• • Must be in possession of a high school degree or equivalent
• • Must be able to maintain a safe work environment at all times and comply to company rules and procedures
• • Must have a strong working knowledge of Sales and Marketing
• • Good report writing skills, Good customer care skills
• • Must be a critical thinker that is adept at solving problems and computer Literate Job
