Job Desctiption:
The director general duties and responsibilities are to take managerial decision regarding the company and between this duties include but are not limited to :
- Company representation before state bodies, including meeting organization in company's office and visiting authorities
- Strategic business development and recruitment in Oceania region and client's attraction
- Employees management
- System development
- The duties assigned to the employee may be reasonably modified at the employer's discretion from time to time

• Strong financial acumen, with demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to oversee and manage the financial performance of the company, ensuring sustainable profitability and cost efficiency.
• Experience in making data-driven decisions to maximize resources and achieve financial targets.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to represent the company's interests effectively in various forums.
• Ability to work closely with the Board of Directors, providing regular updates on company performance and strategic direction.
5. Risk Management and Problem Solving
• Experience in identifying and managing risks that could impact company performance or reputation.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges, develop contingency plans, and respond to changing circumstances.
