Job Desctiption:
Seeking to hire 2 x Butchers who have a great attitude and work ethic:
* 1 x Junior butcher 2 years experience minimum
* 1 x Senior butcher 5 years experience minimum
* Able to break down & process beef carcass
* Sausage making experience
* Trustworthy & able to work unsupervised
* High attention to detail
* Highest standards of hygiene & cleanliness
* Must take pride in your work
Selection Criteria:
Must have at least 2-5 years butchery experience
Proficient in English
