Organisation Description:
Execute projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, infrastructure refreshes, and software package deployments. Level 3 Microsoft Technology support role, ideally in an MSP outsourced environment. Demonstrated proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems. Printer repairs and scanner setup and troubleshooting, with computer servicing and configuration, and network implementations. Set up network troubleshooting, proficiency in DNS, Internet, routing, and network troubleshooting, as well as hands-on experience with firewall technologies.
Job Desctiption:
As a Senior Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to effectively manage client issues using our ticketing system, oversee and mentoring the performance of the Junior engineering team, and ensure the resolution of issues related to a wide range of systems, applications, and technologies. Acting as an escalation point, you will provide specialized assistance for more complex issues, both remotely and on-site, and collaborate with clients to deliver optimal solutions and ensure an exceptional client experience. Additionally, you will work closely with the General Manager to successfully execute projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, infrastructure refreshes, and software package deployments. You also can pursue further training and qualifications where necessary.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications: You will possess a minimum of three years of experience in a Level 3 Microsoft Technology support role, ideally in an MSP outsourced environment. Throughout your career, you must have demonstrated proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems. Furthermore, You will need extensive experience in printer repairs and scanner setup and troubleshooting, with computer servicing and configuration, and network implementations. Your skill set will include network troubleshooting, proficiency in DNS, Internet, routing, and network troubleshooting, as well as hands-on experience with firewall technologies.
Salary:
salary for this role is negotiable based on experience
