Job Desctiption:
Experience in overseeing direct construction projects from inception to completion, ensuing adherence to project specifications, timelines and budgets. Coordinate activities among subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with building codes and safety. Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets and resource allocation while identifying and mitigating potential risks. Liaise with architects, engineers and other professionals to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
Selection Criteria:
Minimum 15yrs of experience in construction management, specifically on large-scale projects.
Proven experience in coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project timelines.
Expertise in high-end finishes and modular construction.
Relevant certifications in building and construction required.
Must be available for travel between New Zealand, Australia and Vanuatu on an on call basis.
