Job Desctiption:
- Performed customer fittings by determining the needs of the garment on the customer and taking note of customer requests.
- Performed all alterations on garments fitted to customer, brought in
for alteration.
- Completed alterations on a timely basis to ensure delivery to
customer by promised date.
- Provide quality customer service that MIA Bridal and Fashion is known for, coach and train employees to do well.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing, managing
workload, conduct resolution and interactions with customers and coworkers
- Develop short and long term plans to increase sales and productivity.
- Assist shop assistant with maintaining reports
Selection Criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Master Cutter with a specialization in gowns, dresses, and various fashion styles of dressing.
- strong skills in fabric selection, pattern making and fabric construction.
- Ability to provide accurate cost for custom garment construction.
- excellent communication skills to interact with customers and understand their needs.
