Job Desctiption:
The Maintenance Software Supervisor is a hybrid role responsible for overseeing warehouse management while also acting as the primary administrator of the MEX Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) software and cloud-based inventory system. This position requires a technically proficient individual who can manage the MEX system to optimize maintenance operations across the company's fleet. The Maintenance Software Supervisor will also support the COO in procurement activities, including ordering, purchasing, and conducting stock takes. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with Chief Engineers to ensure maintenance tasks are scheduled, assigned, and completed efficiently using the MEX software.

Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
o Hands-on experience with maintenance management software, preferably MEX, and cloud-based inventory systems
o Technical proficiency in software management, including data entry, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
Salary:
Salaray range: 80,000vt - 160,000vt per month depending on qualifications and experience
