• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food, beverage & housekeeping
department.
• Managing staff and coordinating schedules.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Complying with all health and safety regulations.
• Developing marketing strategies and managing budgets.
• And more within that scope.
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Hospitality Management
- Experience in Operational Management – Food & Beverage and Accommodation
- Social Media Skills
- References required
Salary:
40,000 p/w
