Organisation Description:
Job Desctiption:
Design, select and/or modify commercial patterns to customers' and clothing manufacturers' specifications. Mark, cut and sew fabric. Fit, alter and repair garments according to customers' requests. Train and guide staff.
Selection Criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Master Cutter with a specialization in gowns, dresses, and various fashion styles of dressing.
-strong skills in fabric selection, pattern making and fabric construction.
-Ability to provide accurate cost for custom garment construction.
-excellent communication skills to interact with customers and understand their needs.
- Able to provide training and guidance to the tailor staff.
