Job Desctiption:
We are Seeking a dedicated Receptionist/ Accounts Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, as well as providing crucial support to our accounts department.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
* Answering phone calls and managing correspondence
* Assisting with basic accounting tasks using Xero
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed
Selection Criteria:
Proficiency in English (mandatory)
Proficiency in French (desirable)
Experience with Xero (desirable)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs (desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented and professional demeaner
Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
