Job Desctiption:
To oversee daily operations of financial services.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational workflows and improve service delivery.
Monitor and manage operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Coordinate with the finance team to manage budgets, forecast and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, including payments, reconciliations and audits.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for cost savings.
Ensure all operations comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to operational procedures.
Selection Criteria:
Must have at least 10 yrs experience in the following:
