Asco Motors is the official dealership for Toyota, Yamaha, Fisher and Paykel, and Haier products in Vanuatu.
Job Desctiption:
Reporting to the Panel Manager, the Panel Technician is responsible for reforming, and or refinishing damaged body panels and trim in an effort to restore them to like new condition. The I do this they combine their skills and experience with standard Toyota processes, top quality materials and the latest technologies to net the hihh gf quality standards set by Toyota. To ensure dealer quality control standards for body and paint are obtained at all times.
Duties:
* Increase labour sales and parts sales
* Carry out body and paint repairs with zero comebacks
* Complete all repaid orders within the time allocated
* Achieve monthly productivity and efficiency targets
* Fix-it-right (the first time)
* Treat all customers' vehicles and belongings with care
* Increase knowledge within TSO skill development programs

* Qualified Panel Technical or relevant certificate
* Driven self-starter that works well in a team
* Punctual
* Able to understand and follow directions
* Experienced in automotive body and paint repairs
* Commitment to customer care and retention
