Job Desctiption:
The job requires the applicant to know how to prepare, cook and present authentic Filipino regional and national favorites like the iconic pork/chicken adobo, sisig, laing, pinakbet, sinigang, bopis, mami, pansit guisado and lomi noodles and other Asian dishes in an efficient and timely manner using locally sourced ingredients as much as possible but retaining the real Filipino "lasa" or taste.
Selection Criteria:
At least 10 years experience as head chef in a reputable restaurant in the Philippines.
Must have professional certification in sanitary food protection, preparation, storage and hygiene, menu planning, food costing etc.
Must have a good command of English and Pilipino/Tagalog.
