Organisation Description:
Job Desctiption:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Software Development/System Implementation) or a similar role, ideally within the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and system implementation methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document complex business requirements into functional specifications, demonstrating expertise in banking regulations and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant software development tools and technologies.
- Understanding of security principles and best practices in software development and system implementation (a plus).
- Demonstrated understanding of core banking systems and technologies (a plus).
Selection Criteria:
- Experience with project management tools and methods.
- Experience with developing training materials and conducting user training.
