The Revenue Operation Section is within the Department of Finance & Treasury (DOFT)
Job Desctiption:
Develop and manage effective and efficient mechanism for collection of debts and revenue for the line ministries
Selection Criteria:
Qualification: Degree desirable
Special Business Education: Financial accounting an management or similar discipline
Experience: At least three years experience in the following- financial management reporting, debt collection and management, exposure to the Finance Management Information System.
Special skills: technical accounting and arithmetic skills, strong analytical skills, computer skills especially in Word and Advanced excel, problem analysis and problem solving skills initiative ad dateline oriented skills, teamwork.
Thinking style: Analytical and practical
Communication/ Interpersonal skills: Strong written and oral communication skills.
Behavioral competencies: Honest, reliable and of good character
Language: English or French and Bislama
Salary:
PS 8.1 VT 2,693,000 per annum
