The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) invites expressions of interest from qualified individuals or firms to assist the Board and Management to redesign its current organizational structure and develop a strategic roadmap to drive the success of its subsidiary companies, aligning with VNPF's goals and objectives
Selection Criteria:
The successful individual or firm must be a highly qualified professional with a proven track record in organizational design and strategic planning, with years of experience in the relevant field, and have successfully led similar projects, delivering tangible results and driving organizational growth.
