Job Desctiption:
Answering the phones, dealing with customers at the counter and on the phone, booking charters, providing quotes, checking customers in, dealing with complaints, payments, refunds and freight.
Selection Criteria:
MUST have a good strong, happy personality.
Be confident on the phone and in person, happy to deal with all manner of people and situations.
Must be able to work weekends
Must be prompt to work, tidy and have a positive attitude.
Salary:
VT 50,000 starting salary
