The Central Tenders Board is a section within the Corporate Services Unit (CSU)
Job Desctiption:
To conduct inspection on the awarded contractors to ensure the work is completed according to the design and information of the projects. Detect criminal fraud and take legal action.
Selection Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor degree
Education: Accounting, commerce and or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in inspection, auditing, investigation
Special skills: Negotiation, inspection skills, auditing skills, information gathering skills , processing or research skills, risk management skills, planning skills, report writing skills
Thinking style: Analytical, practical, creative and critical
Communication/ interpersonal skills: Strong written & verbal communication skills
Behavioral competencies: Honest, reliable, ethical, commitment customer oriented and of good character
Language: English or French and Bislama
Salary:
Ps 4.1 VT 1,195,500 per annum
