Asco Motors is the official dealership for Toyota, Yamaha, Fisher and Paykel, and Haier products in Vanuatu.
Job Desctiption:
Asco Motors is seeking a third party to manage the Service and Repairs for our Fisher and Paykel arm in Port Vila.
Responsibilities:
*Diagnose and repair various whitegoods including fridges, freezers, washing machines, ovens and cooktops
*Perform routine maintenance and service checks, and preventative maintenance to ensure appliances operate efficiently
*Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses and repair options
*Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
Selection Criteria:
Requirements:
*Strong background in appliance repair, preferably with whitegoods
*Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Valid driver's license and clean driving record
*Additional technical training or certification in appliance repair is a plus
