Hook in4 Health is a program is funded by the Australian Government. The lead partner is Oceania Hockey Federation who work in collaboration with local partners Vanuatu Hockey Federation and Wan Smolbag. The main goal of the program is:
Communities in the Vanuatu will "Live Well, Learn Well, Lead Well" through hockey.

In Country Co-ordinator - to lead, facilitate, report, and manage a team, including in country partners and agencies to sucessfully implement the Hook in4 Health program to Solomon Islands Communities.
