Job Desctiption:
- tasks associated with the manufacturing of concrete products and has close working
relationships with production crews engaged in various manufacturing tasks and production
lines.
- Assist in pouring concrete during production
- Clean and set-up concrete forms for various concrete products
- Application of solution and sealing compounds during concrete products production
(Patching)
- Repair defects in concrete surfaces, using mortar or grout and trowel, and smooth rough
spots, using chisel and other tools (Patching)
- Operate and/or assist workers engaged in operating cranes, front-end loaders, forklifts, or
other hoisting machines used to lift and move machinery, equipment, or materials, such as
concrete castings, structural steel, concrete slabs, mill rolls, scrap metal, pipe, dirt, and
others as assigned
- Maintain and clean yard and plant, using shove
Selection Criteria:
- Ability to read and write (English, French & Bislama
- Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work safely and properly follow all company policies
- Work cooperatively with others
- Ability to work overtime as needed
