Job Desctiption:
We are looking for an Executive Chef to join the team.
This candidate must posses a minimum 5 years experience in a managerial position preferably in a 3
star Hotel
- prior experience in the same similar position
- Qualification in hospitality
- Ability to maintain high standard of food quality presentation and services
- posses strong knowledge and commitment in culinary skills
- knowledge of cost control inventories and purchasing procedures
- computer skills
- A decisive leader who focuses on building a team spirit and achievement goals
- Experience in conducting training in this area is essential
- be able to work under pressure
Selection Criteria:
5 years experience in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English in writing and communicating
- Good communication skill and proficient in planning, organizing budgeting and control
Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices.
Proficient knowledge of human resources management.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays.
