Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
This position reports to the Manager Corporate Services. This position is responsible for the planning and developing of market plans to build VNPF's digital audience and online brand, increase awareness about member/employer needs, and promote VNPF services/benefits.
The post holder will work as part of a team to raise the profile of VNPF's online presence and engage users.

Qualifications/Experience
• He/she must have a degree or above from a recognized tertiary institution in marketing and communications
• Has previous experience, ideally from the same or similar industry.

• Fluency in web analytics tools, marketing applications and any other relevant monitoring platforms.

• Have practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, etc.)
• Able to produce designs with graphic design software.
• Familiarity with principles of marketing and communications and ability to apply it to the job.
• Understanding of working environment and the fund's mandate, including its strategic vision and goals.
Key outcomes
• Recreate, coordinate, deliver and maintain the creative content including design, copyrighting, content and ensuring that it is within the brand guidelines of the fund.
• Assist with the developing and maintaining creative contents of digital and print material
• Assist the maintaining and updating of information and news on media platforms as and when required.
• Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Collaborate with agencies and other IT partners
• Provide support/advice on web marketing and digital media usage
• In consultation with the Marketing & Communications team, liaising with and responding to queries from internal and external parties
• Contribute to document online marketing and communications strategies for the Marketing & Communications Department
• Collaborate with designers, developers and other relevant partners when needed to keep up with online marketing trends
• Prepare GM's monthly reports, presentations for VNPF meetings, awareness and seminars
• Assist in preparing Annual reports.
