Job Desctiption:
JOB SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the business owner, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating building constructions and providing hands on participation, performing a variety of skilled and unskilled activities involved in the operation and maintenance of the facility's mechanical and electrical system and general building operation.
Primary responsibilities and duties:
1.Recruit construction staff.
2.Delicate daily jobs to the responsible person.
3.Supervise projects.
4.Reports to the general manager.
Selection Criteria:
1.At least one-year experience in similar field.
2. Ability to manage over 10 staff.
3.Demonstrate ability to multitask.
4.Ability to follow oral and written communication
5.Attentive to details.
6.Ability to make sound decision under pressure while meeting deadlines.
