Job Desctiption:
Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow-up of all incidents.
Selection Criteria:
IT Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and common technical issues is a must.
Quick Learner: The tech world evolves rapidly, and we need someone who can keep up!
Excellent Computer Skills: High level of skill, knowledge, and capability in using and working with various computer software, applications, tools, and technologies
Customer Service Skills: We want you to make customers happy! Being patient and nice on the phone will solve problems and make people feel good.
Written and Verbal Skills: Communication is key! Your ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, will be highly valued.
Team Player: You're awesome by yourself, but we also need you to work well in a team. We all help each other to give the best tech support.
